I'm 55, born in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, married to the same women, Suzie, for 33 years, I have 2 sons, Adam & Nathan. Adam is married to Rebecca and I have one grandchild, Audrey Grace, who makes grandpa's heart glow.
After working for almost 30 years with Pacific Bell, Nevada Bell, SBC, now AT&T, in a sales capacity as a Key Account Executive, I retired after moving from California to Nevada in 2002.
My whole life has been occupied with real estate in some form or another. My father, a VERY intelligent real estate investor, had me painting rentals when I was 9 years old. Over my lifetime I watched my father, never earning more than 40K a year as a telephone company manager, buy and pay for 10 million dollars in investment income. I'm working on mine and I'd like to help you work on yours! I took my first real estate exam on the morning of my wedding day 33 years ago. I've been helping people like you here in Northern Nevada since 2003. I specialize in helping "out of staters" move here or invest here.
My group at Stefani & Associates is known as the "PROTEAM". The PROTEAM consists of my wife, Suzie, who is also a Realtor, 3 preferred title companies, 2 insurance agencies, 2 home inspection companies, and 6 lenders that support me and my clients.
